3.1.根据被测工件大小调节(4)叉座紧固螺母“压轮”高度,使“压轮”能够以合适的压力压住被测工件。
3.2.通过“(3)压轮手柄”升起“压轮”,将被测工件放置在“旋转工作轴”上,然后将“压轮”归位。
3.3.调节“表架”的距离,并将其移动,使千分表(杠杆表)测头接触被测工件表面,调整表盘指针转动1/2或2/3圈时归零或者不归零也可以。
3.4.点电动开关,使被测工件轴转动1-2周左右,目视杠杆表盘指针跳动,即为测量值。记住一点:手轮只是带动作用,不管工件大小,只需要被测量工件轴转动1-2圈读取跳动数值。
